Saturdays, October 24, 2026 and October 31, 2026; HOURS: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Monday, November 2, 2026; hours 8:00 AM to Noon (12:00 PM) (Final Day)

Military and Overseas Voter Information

Military and Overseas voters on-going absentee applications will expire on December 31st, of the year they were filed with the Absentee Voter Board. For more information please contact the Kosciusko County Clerk's office at 574-372-2332, option #1.  
Voting By Mail
General Election 2026
Applications, to vote by mail, can be filed with the Clerk of Circuit Court beginning May 19, 2026 through October 22, 2026
Applications to vote by mail must be submitted for each Primary and General Election for non-military and non-overseas voters.
