Home Detention
The Kosciusko County Community Corrections Home Detention program supervises adult and juvenile offenders that have committed a criminal offense and have been ordered by the Court to serve a Home Detention Sentence. Home Detention may be granted by the Court for offenders to serve the executed portion of their sentence. Felony and misdemeanor offenders are supervised through Kosciusko County Community Corrections. An application must be submitted before admission to the Home Detention program.
Fees included for participation:
- Initial Fee: $50.00 (one-time)
- Monthly Fee: $50.00/month (recurring)
- Daily Fee: $13.00/day (recurring)
- Drug Screen Fee: $20.00 per drug screen
An initial cost of $400.00 is due the day of intake. Advance payments will not be accepted. Please see FEE PAYMENTS for more information.
