State of the County Meeting 2026

The State of the County Meeting is an opportunity for residents to hear directly from county leadership, learn about current priorities and initiatives, and participate in meaningful conversations about the future of Kosciusko County.
This community-focused event will feature a conversational, moderated discussion with county commissioners centered around questions submitted by residents.
Following the forum, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with county departments and community partners through interactive engagement tables covering topics such as housing and economic development, transportation, quality of life, county services, and more.
Residents are encouraged to submit questions in advance to help shape the discussion. While not every question may be addressed during the forum, submissions will help identify key topics of interest and inform conversations throughout the event.
